  - LinkedIn Content: Professional profile content writing (Growth and Career Partner plans)
  - Document Formatting: Professional formatting and ATS optimization
  - Revision Support: Content refinement within plan allowances
  
 All services are provided digitally in PDF and Microsoft Word formats.
    3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
 Plan Types
  - Starter Plan (2 Weeks): Basic CV package for new job seekers
  - Growth Plan (4 Weeks): Comprehensive package for career changers
  - Career Partner Plan (8 Weeks): Premium service with ongoing support
  
 Payment Terms
  - All subscription fees are due in full at the time of purchase
  - Prices are listed in US dollars ($) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  - We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods via Stripe
  - Subscription periods begin immediately upon successful payment processing
  - No refunds are provided after the initial 48-hour cooling-off period (see Section 8)

 To ensure the best possible service delivery, clients agree to:

  - Timely Communication: Respond to requests for information or clarification within 48 hours
  - Document Review: Carefully review all drafts and provide specific feedback within the revision period
  - Final Approval: Provide written approval of final documents before the end of your subscription period
  - Respect Deadlines: Understand that delays in providing information may impact delivery timelines
  - Professional Conduct: Maintain respectful and professional communication with CV Jamaica
  
 Information Accuracy
 You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. CV Jamaica is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or false information provided by the client.
    5. Delivery & Turnaround Times
 Standard Delivery Times
  - Starter Plan: 3–5 business days for initial draft
  - Growth Plan: 4–6 business days for initial draft
  - Career Partner Plan: 4–6 business days for initial draft
  
 Express Service
 24-hour express service is available for an additional fee, subject to writer availability and workload capacity.
 Delivery Method
 All documents are delivered electronically via email in PDF and Microsoft Word formats. Documents are also stored securely in your client portal for easy access throughout your subscription period.
 Factors Affecting Delivery
  - Delays in client response or information provision

  - High-volume periods (holiday seasons, graduation periods)

    6. Revision Policy
 Included Revisions
  - Starter Plan: Up to 2 revision cycles
  - Growth Plan: Up to 4 revision cycles
  - Career Partner Plan: Up to 6 revision rounds during subscription period
  
 Revision Guidelines
  - Revisions must be requested within your active subscription period
  - Each revision cycle allows for multiple changes to be addressed simultaneously
  - Revisions should be specific and constructive
  - Major content changes beyond the second revision may incur additional fees
  - Revisions do not include complete rewrites based on new information not previously provided
  
 Revision Turnaround
 Revision requests are typically completed within 2–3 business days, depending on the complexity and extent of changes requested.
    7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
 Your Content
 Upon full payment and final delivery, you own all rights to your completed CV, cover letters, and other personalized documents. You may use, modify, and distribute these documents freely for your job search and career purposes.
 Our Intellectual Property
  - CV Jamaica retains ownership of our proprietary writing methodologies, templates, and processes
  - Our website content, branding, and marketing materials remain our exclusive property
  - Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary methods
  
 Confidentiality
 We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and do not share, sell, or reuse personal details or career documents for any purpose other than providing your requested services.
    8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 Cooling-Off Period
 You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that work has not yet commenced on your project.
 Service Guarantee
 If you are not satisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your initial draft. We will work with you to resolve any issues through additional revisions or, in exceptional circumstances, provide a partial refund.
 No-Refund Situations
  - After the 48-hour cooling-off period has expired
  - Once final documents have been delivered and approved
  - For services already rendered (consultations, partial work completed)
  - Due to client-provided inaccurate information
  - For failure to secure employment (we do not guarantee job placement)
  
    9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
 Service Limitations
 CV Jamaica provides professional writing and career support services. We do not guarantee:
  - Job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes
  - Specific response rates from employers
  - Immediate career advancement or salary increases
  - Acceptance into educational programs or professional organizations
  
 Limitation of Liability
 Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 Industry Standards
 Services are provided in accordance with generally accepted industry standards for professional CV writing services.
    10. Privacy & Data Protection
 Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
 Data Security
  - All client information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
  - Client data access is strictly controlled and secure
  - We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR
  - Client documents are retained for 12 months after service completion, then securely deleted

 Governing Law
 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
    13. Force Majeure
 CV Jamaica shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  - Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  - Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
  - Internet service disruptions or technical failures
  - Service provider capacity limitations
  - Supplier or vendor failures
  
 In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and communicate with affected clients promptly.
    14. Modifications to Terms
 CV Jamaica reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
 Continued use of our services after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version of our Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website.
 If you do not agree to modified terms, you may cancel your subscription according to our cancellation policy.
